In order to tackle the big stuff, you need to have the right skills in smaller areas. At Ryanhart Projects we’ve combined 55 years of expertise in plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry and project management to ensure the big stuff is delivered both efficiently and effectively. Quality is important to us, and as the old saying goes, “if you want it done right, do it yourself.” By keeping crucial services in-house we are able to maximize the quality of our projects and provide cost savings to our clients. We offer individual services too, so regardless of what your project entails we’re here to help you get there.

SAM RYAN
Master Electrician
Sam is a Master Electrician with 14 years under his tool belt. He has experience with the construction and commissioning of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
To further his capabilities, Sam has taken on a project management role over the last 5 years. Ever since he could hold a hammer, construction has been of of Sam’s passions.
Kevin RYAN
Finish Carpenter
Kevin began his journey into construction and general contracting in 1989. By 1995 he had progressed into apartment and condo conversions, constructing complexes of up to 88 units. His average project size was 33-35 units, which he finished in 2004.
Kevin successfully managed all aspects of construction of each unit, from kitchens and bathrooms to finish carpentry, cabinet installations and counter tops as well as tile, hardwood, railings etc. During that time, Kevin also gained experience with exterior projects including sheds, garages, fences and decks.
In 2008, he began working under the RyanHart name, and has been providing expert professional services ever since.
Jacob RYAN
Finish Carpenter
Jacob has worked in both residential and commercial construction for the past 15 years, building his experience through both renovation projects as well as new construction.
Since 2012, he has put his focus towards fine finishing, millwork, and cabinetry, as well as building strong skills in framing and timber construction. Jacob’s artistic passion and attention to detail is evident, showcased in each of his projects.
